Jacob!
You're amazing! Thanks for your awesome letter, the one to mom was perfect in describing the Detail that I have been craving. So, I'm going to Disneyland on Monday, so I won't be home. Mom doesn't think you are going to talk long anyway. I'm sorry that I'll miss talking to you one last time before Christmas. But I know you are doing amazing things...don't forget that.
So, BREAKING NEWS, I now have a long distance girlfriend! I've never been in a long distance relationship, so we'll see how I handle it. Her name is Sarah Rebecca Trefflich. She's from Provo at this moment in time. I've already invited her to be my plus 1 at Brittney Maynard's wedding. I really do like her. She's extremely smart, funny, enjoyable to talk to, open about weaknesses and strengths. Exactly what I'm looking for in a woman I want to marry. She has continued to help me in all my shortcomings and gets down to the bottom of things. I'm looking forward to this relationship and hope all works out. Prayers my way would be great.
So, yes...blessings of having a brother on a mission. They are numerous.
Enjoy your last Sunday in the MTC. Thank you for sharing your amazing testimony with everyone in the family. I really needed to hear it.
I hope you know that I too have a testimony of this gospel. It grows each day that I am alive and see the wonders of this world. And also the wonder of God's presence in my life. I really do feel like OUR family is and will be blessed by your service in countless ways. I'm grateful to have a brother that is now my example of a stalwart person.
Anyways, BTW, sarah probably already told you, but I discovered that Imagine Dragon's new album came out two days ago. It's pretty great. You'll have a lot to look forward to when you get home. 8 new songs.
Well, have a happy sabbath!
Love,
John
