I went with mom to the DMV because Sarah's car needs to get smog checked, which she can't do because she's in Utah. Mom set an appointment and it was actually very bearable, quick and easy out. They told us that as soon as the Corolla is back in California, that it needs to get smog-ed, even if it is temporarily.
We went out and about today. The Fawcetts are coming the 25th, 26th, and 27th of this month to go to Disneyland. Mom and I are probably going to for sure go with them to hang out. Dad is still up in the air about it all. Aunt Kristen wanted Mom to check out any deals she can get for two-days tickets to Disneyland. The Fontana Teacher Association (FTA) usually has deals but they are probably closed for the summer. Triple-A (AAA) has just a $5 off deal. Costco use to have a deal but not anymore. We went to Cardenas to check to see if they had a deal, but they don't. So, it'll probably be about $200 for 1 ticket for two days.
Mom went to Ross to look for possible shirts for dad for Father's Day. She didn't find anything. I went to Five Below and Bath and Body Works and Target. At Target, I was looking at water bottles for working out because mine is starting to get a little wear and tear.
I had agreed with President Knudsen to watch Pepper while their house is being shown and they are in New York and Braden is working. He called earlier then 5:30 and asked if I could pick him up then because their Real Estate Agent, Sister Zylstra, found another person to show their house to. So we had the privilege of having Pepper with us for a couple of hours. For the most part, she was great. She wandered and wouldn't sleep with me, but as time went by, she laid down on the couch while I watched two episodes of Arrow from Season 5. She's so funny, because she is use to drinking the water out of the bathtub and since our houses are really similar, she knew exactly where to go. Braden is in the waiting game when it comes to getting his mission call. He should be getting it really soon.
It has just been announced to me that we are going to Utah for Brittney Maynard's wedding, but also to visit Sarah and Briana and Tony. We will be gone July 20th through July 27th. It's going to be great.
Also, Granny is going to Aunt Rae's funeral with Aunt Ann. They are flying from Las Vegas, Nevada. Mom is not going.
