9/29 BYU vs. Utah State at Studio C and Rotisserie with Sarah

Wow! What a great day!

We left Granny's this morning a little after nine. We made good time and connected with Sarah to meet with her. We went to a Peruvian Rotisserie Chicken place in Orem by the opening to Provo Canyon. It was good. We got 1/2 a chicken and fries and Salad. Sarah Rebecca was talking to Sarah about upcoming wedding plans, and Sarah actually didn't show any animosity or sickness of me and Sarah Rebecca being together. She was super great to me and her. We went to the creamery to get Whoosh Cecil! Ice cream. We got it on Waffle Cones that Sarah had made previously that morning. We ate in the shade of the apartment complex and I got a picture with Sarah. I expressed my sentiment that I was jealous of Sarah's beautiful picture with Jacob at conference, so Sarah said we could take more pictures at her apartment. She first took us on a tour of the creamery. It was pretty cool. We had to wear hair nets. We then went to Sarah's apartment and took pictures outside. Great time with Sarah.

By the time we were done with all that, it was time to go to Countdown to Kickoff at Studio C (which I had gotten tickets for). It was super nice. We checked in and waited for us to call our number. We then got prime seats, which were very well lit so we could see on TV. Spencer Linton was at the soccer game so Dave McCann was taking his place in the desk with Brian Logan and and David Nixon. They were super funny and it was very fun being there for it.

My favorite part, besides being with Sarah there, was when we scored a huge touchdown and the whole Audience starting singing the Cougar Fight Song. Sarah was like how did I make her love BYU and football soooo much?

However, the game was good in the first half only allowing 27-24 Utah State Aggies. But, a concussion on Beau Hoge and Koy Detmer, Jr. taking the reigns and throwing several interceptions, including several turnovers, and we lost 40-27, no points being scored in the Second half. It was still fun, but of course a bit frustrating. At half we had pizza and cookies from Pizza Pie Cafe provided by the people. It was super fun, even if we lost. I got to help Sarah Rebecca learn more about football and the program.

We left. We got into road construction and a car honked at me for like 10 seconds because I totally cut him off. Sat in the car and kissed and talked, then met Victor and Linda, who are super nice and letting us stay at their home for the next couple of days and talked and prayed. Called Mom. Undid a link in the chain that Sarah made. I have the basement. Sarah has the upstairs.

Time for bed.
