I get paid in a month!!!
Today was my first Self Reliance Class. It went well. However, haha, we weren't done yet and the girls in the class wanted Sarah to tell the story of how we met. Everyone was enthralled by the story. Some were like, oh, it's only been about three months...but you got to start from somewhere, right? I like my class members...and I'm so happy Diego and Tyler are not in my group.
Sarah was crying during Sacrament meeting today. I think she was feeling feelings. I did my best to hug her and make her feel better. She's concerned about judgments made about her family which are unjust just because they are poor.
She was asked to sing Alto, even though she doesn't know how to harmonize. Hopefully that goes well for her.
Things are good. Life is good. It just keeps on giving and I'm grateful for Sarah's companionship in my life.
I enjoyed Priesthood, because I shared my testimony of living prophets and my experience regarding know where I was the night that President Hinckley passed away. Knowing and feeling peace even in the midst of adversity.
Brother and Sister Harris accidentally checked in late for roll call this morning because they were unknowingly in a different frequency. But, they still checked in well.
I really liked Claire Larson's idea for home and visiting teaching to be done during Break the Fast, Linger Longer, and Potluck fireside. I let her know that.
