I was at Sycamore Hills today Roving, but it just turned into a job with Mr. Tornberg's fifth grade class. It went well, because I've been in his class before and I was familiar with how he did things. The kids were pretty good, for the most part. A boy named Justin gave me a run for my money. He was always out of his seat doing anything and everything. I had a couple pencil tossers and sharpeners. The day was good though. We ended outside in the heat playing a game called boomball. It's a good game that the whole class knows and loves. I'm at Sycamore tomorrow as well, first grade though. Laurel was just happy that I took the fifth grade class today. She said she might hug me she was so happy.
Sarah Rebecca came over for a half hour or so. She brought me a chain link of paper which she made. Each link has 95 reasons why she loves me, one for each day before we get married. That was very thoughtful of her. I took my cold old Miguel's burrito to her for her lunch/dinner. She definitely enjoyed it.
Mom found the link to get a seat during Countdown to Kickoff for Friday. The link is byutv.org/audience. Registration opens tomorrow at 10am MST, first come first serve. Hopefully Sarah can get tickets to the show. I am inviting my sister Sarah, and Sarah Rebecca is going to invite Sabina.
Mom and Dad are going to talk to Pres. Bednar tomorrow morning at 6am our time. They couldn't do it today because of Transfers. They are hoping they can talk to Jacob as well. They want Jacob to know that he can come home and recover and then go back out again. They are also willing to wait out a week as he has a new companion, Elder Payne. I told Sarah about it, and was possibly thinking of staying home just in case he came home. But it'll probably be a week before that happens, if it happens. So we are going on our trip starting Thursday. This was the first dad had heard about this.
