I learned a lot about insurance today in our self-reliance class. I learned about my health insurance and that I pay a Premium of $136 or so and that I have no idea about my health insurance's deductible. We had a class of 4; me, Sarah, Axel Falcon, and Gail Schaefer.
The rest of the day, except for bishopric meeting, I was pretty tired. I spent sacrament meeting reading about today's self-reliance class. Sarah was pretty angry that Celeste still chose to do the song Homeward Bound in sacrament because it has nothing to do with Jesus Christ or Heavenly Father. She chose not to sing for choir today so there were absolutely no Altos today. I kept texting her when we changed to Christmas music, but she was out in her car sulking. So, when choir was finished, I went out to her car and told her I expected her in the chapel for Sacrament meeting. She changed her attitude and came in.
I spent the evening with her in her car watching The West Wing after our class was done. She asked for a blessing because she was still angry that my dad had refused to let her stay in the house and that Dad was establishing his dominance. I just finally had to put my foot down and tell her that she should stop talking about it because talking about it out loud was getting her even more angry, even after the blessing.
Interesting evening.
