The sixth month of the year is slowly coming to a close. Has it been a good half of the year? I think so. I've enjoyed myself immensely.
I told my mom exactly what Sarah Rebecca told hers: I would be surprised if I didn't marry Sarah. Mom surprisingly remained calm and told me not to rush things. That we have just met. We haven't even met each other personally yet. So to play it as cool as possible. And we shall see what happens next. I'm leaving California on Monday, July 17. I sent Sarah a picture of the information about Brittney Maynard's wedding reception. She also invited me to go to the zoo with her the morning of the wedding. Plus, I'll be up there probably Tuesday the 18th, so we are going to have some fun, that's for sure.
So, I am extremely punctual, and when others are not, I get mad, but one thing about me is I don't hold grudges too long. Anyways, I got to Chris Michael's house at exactly 6. Knocked on the door, people there said he wasn't answering his door, so I called like 6 times, ready to go home after the 7th time. As I was leaving, he calls me. He's at a restaurant celebrating his Aunt's birthday. He could've answered his phone, or let me know, but no. He leaves me hanging. So I wait 20 more minutes. I stayed there until 6:50 waiting on him.
He showed me his room that he is renting at this house. He shows me the bathroom, kitchen, outside, etc. Then he turns on the first episode of the show Supernatural. He dozes off during the show, and he gets called twice while we are watching it and takes the phone call outside. He missed the best part of the show. In other words, I was wishing that he'd break out a game or something, plus I was hungry.
So after I finally said my goodbyes, I stop at Wing Stop and get 8 wings and fries, flavored garlic/Parmesan and regular hot. The fries were so good, like they had salt AND sugar.
I spoke with Sarah for a few tonight and for a few before she picked up her dad at the Provo Airport. He's going to be there for Sarah's surgery next Friday through next Monday. She's doing really good. I'm happy to be with her. We even prayed last night, and tonight as well before I went to talk to mom and dad.
