12/25 Christmas day with a missionary and Family

What a great day!

We got to talk to our favorite Elder this morning at about 9:15. It was so good talking to him. I love Jacob so much. He is literally a rock and is doing really good with his new companion Elder Lin. He even shared his testimony with us very emotionally that got mom going, and got me a bit emotional too. He's doing great. I love that kid.

After eating breakfast, Sarah and I traveled to Torrance to visit the family. Helen was a bit frazzled because nobody went to go eat breakfast at her house, and Lisa was leaving to visit her in-law's family. We enjoyed visiting with Helen and then we went to San Pedro to see Carol and Danny's house. Enoch and Sonia were both there with their two girls, Melanie and Maya. Melanie is really cool. She played Rock, Paper, Scissors with me and beat me like 10 times in a row before I got her back. I got to know Enoch (Timothy) over Nintendo and bomber man and Super Mario Bros.

Sonia brought us our guest sign in book and it is simply amazing. I wasn't expecting something so perfect. Athena was there as well and her little boy Noah was mesmerized by the TV, and her husband was also there and he seemed pretty nice. Danny gave us a tour of the house, which is a nice two bedroom place.

To Helen's disappointment, Arno showed up at the house later to give out presents. Enoch and Sonia came later and Enoch volunteered to save us the hassle of getting a truck in Torrance and bring our queen sized mattress and table home to our apartment. That makes me so happy, honestly. We got the vases for the wedding from Sarah's mom.

We then traveled home and went to Lucy and Jesus's to celebrate his birthday.

I am tired.

Merry Christmas 2017!
