Not a bad day!
I slept in really late. And the parents had a really lazy day.
I sent out all the email invitations. I also did the Ward Council Agenda. I finally got Brother O'Neill to volunteer for the spiritual thought. I asked AJ and Erica Berrett. Erica got back to me late, so she said she could do next week. AJ also wanted to do it next week as well. Then mom asked me if I wanted to accompany her to the grocery store to get the essentials and stuff for sandwiches and chips. The essentials being stuff for lunches throughout the week. On the ride home, mom was hounding me about getting an apartment. I was getting a bit annoyed, but I got over it.
We went to the Oleander Ward Christmas party tonight. Sarah was running late but met us at the church. The food was super good, especially some Chimichuri turkey someone made. I introduced Sarah to the many members that I hadn't introduced her to at the Latin Festival. Brother Ed Young and Sister Teri Young said hi, not at the same time. Sis. Gardner, Sister Gunderson, and others like Rachel Young. Good program. The Bishop was MCing.
After the party, we went home and watched the BYU vs. Utah State basketball game, which they did bad in the first half, but redeemed themselves in the second half. Sarah started falling asleep in the second half. It was cute.
Sarah didn't want me to leave her, and prayed not to be sad. I called her like she wanted me to. And we talked on her drive home, which takes about twenty minutes.
