I had a good day today. I was with 2nd graders, Mr. Morgan's class. The day went by alright. They did everything except the math when another teacher was in the classroom to help. Ryder was a menace the rest of the day. We played "Cut the Pie" for PE and the kids really liked it. It is usually a big hit when we do play it. I'm sure, that if I teach that class again in the near future, they're going to want to play that for PE.
Sarah was nice enough to pick me up Subway cookies, two of them: white chocolate macadamien nut and chocolate chip. And she also picked me up some hot cheetos. I kept on forgetting about them, but once I had them, I ate them up on the car ride home. She wanted me there early to help frost the cookies. The white frosting was the only ones that worked, because the other colors froze up in the fridge overnight. The cookies were only so so good. We frosted a couple more with the white frosting and added them to the cookies we took to less active members of the YSA ward. We went caroling. The YSA we went to see was Ashton Farah, Kaitlyn Bock, and someone else. Only two answered, and one YSA was in the bath so their mom answered. We started up with "We Wish You a Merry Christmas" and then we sang another Christmas hymn, to bring the spirit. It was my idea for the former. I was also the guide in our car for Sister Harris. It was me, Sarah, Sister Harris, and Chris Santos in one car. Sarah and I sat in the back.
We fixed our insurance situation with a lady named Deanna who Sarah called right before the FHE, which is good, because I tried calling them to ask them about whether or not I cancelled my own insurance for the year 2018 since Sarah and I are filing jointly. I was getting anyone on the other end. We are going to pick dental and car insurance tomorrow.
It was fun talking with Claire O'Neill and Jordan Mataalii. I asked Jordan if the rumors that Bishop Weston Taylor were true, that Jordan put a ring on it. He confirmed that they were not true, but that it should be happening this week. He then told Claire, and Claire was like, do I need to talk to Weston about this, haha. They were asking me if I picked out the ring for Sarah, because each time they went ring shopping, one or the other were not into it. Jordan than told me under his breathe that he already picked out the ring.
Good Monday. Still a couple days left in the week.
