Great day with a rocky ending.
The rocky part was that when Sarah invited mom to her bridal shower in Torrance, mom turned her down. She was pretty upset and getting a bit worked up about it in texts to me during the BYU football game that we were watching. So, after a lengthy discussion outside about it, I went inside and told mom that it is important to Sarah that she be there. She told me that she'd think about it but was not giving me any promises, and then said that I should know that she doesn't like to mess with her Saturdays. So, we'll see what happens, I guess.
The football game was okay. One touchdown run for us. No really big highlights. Fresno State beat us.
Sarah and I did the bag thing in our location. I got a blister because my sock had a hole in it. Sarah did the bag distributing too with me. Her ankle was used a lot today too, so she was tired.
After that, we went to her house and watched the last two episodes of Stranger Things season 1. It was quite fun. It was bright outside, so we put the blanket over our heads and covered the laptop. It worked out really well and was fun. She called her uncle in between the two episodes while I went to pick up Jimmy John's subs. They were really good.
We then went to Walmart where we helped a man jump his car. Then we picked up double-sided tape.
We went to the library where I bumped into Tyler Frederick. We worked on taping our invitations to cardstock, which we continued until we got home. We ate KFC and cake, and then we watched the game. What a day! Time for bed and Daylight Savings Time.
