Mom and Dad woke me up this morning and we went to Nogales Burgers for their breakfast. I was still really tired. But I still got bacon, scrambled eggs, and hash browns, with one pancake. Dad and I got the same thing. And mom got a Nogales Burrito, which is the best breakfast burrito I have ever had.
I came home and went back to sleep. During that time, I talked to Sarah for an hour during her lunch break. I decided after napping for a bit more after the conversation, to get stuff done, like clean my room a bit and search apartments and call Dr. Kunam to find out when his walk-in appointments are. I also read my scriptures and conference talk...only to find out later that Brother Harris would ask me to give a talk next Sunday on a Priesthood Session talk from October's conference. Of course I said I would, and of course it was a bit reluctantly.
Dad and I went to Wiwa and Anila's house to watch the Peru vs New Zealand soccer game. The one after they got the repechaje. I had already eaten a hamburger, but they gave me grilled anticuchos and grilled chicken. Lots of it. Everyone was there, Jesus and Lucy, Wiwa, Anila, and the kids, and Ammon hardly bothered us because he was castigado'ed (punished). They tied 0-0. There was this huge almost goal that the New Zealand goalie had to swat out before it crossed the line at the beginning of the game. Peru dominated first half. They were tired during the second.
The BYU football game was happening at the same time. So after the soccer game, I left and met Sarah and mom at our house to watch the 3rd and 4th quarters. We were up 14-7, or so when I got there. We won 31-21 against UNLV. It was fun to watch. Also, both Tanner Mangum and Beau Hoge were out because of injury. Freshman quarterback Joe Critchlow led us to the win and Squally Canada got a career high of over 200 rushing yards this game.
Tomorrow, I am going to Carson, Torrance, and other places (the beach). Sarah has her bridal shower tomorrow in the first place. Then, we are going to take wedding pictures at the beach as taken by Sarah's sister-in-law. Sarah told me I could go to the movies during her time at her Bridal shower. It's going to be a crazy long day.
Also, I seeing someone who is filling in for Dr. Kunam as a walk in on Sunday morning.
