I was kinda dreading this day because I knew that Mrs. Ramos would be gone. But, we got along for the most part. Mrs. Yusef was there and Mrs. H from Mrs. Raymondo's class was helping us all day. And when I left for my interview at 1:30pm, Mrs. Raymondo and Ceja took over in the cafeteria, to Mrs. Raymondo's chagrin. The day went by alright. A few mishaps here and there, but nothing to cry about. I also called Valerie MacDougall about long-term subbing for the rest of the 15 days. She was happy that I could do so, and so were other teachers I told that to.
Thanks to mom, I got to my interview right on time. It went really well. I think I might actually have a chance to get the job. The interviewer was super nice and took down all my references. They said they would get back to me in 2-3 weeks.
After the interview, mom had me pick up Carl's Jr.
Then I hung out with Sarah, first taping out invitations to cardstock. Then we went back to her house to interview a potential and possibly the person (Karla) who will be taking our pictures at our wedding. Then we went to Barnes and Noble to watch the 6th episode of Stranger Things entitled "The Monster." Just two episodes left and then we will be watching the much anticipated 2nd season. My favorite scene from Stranger Things is in the next episode. It's when Eleven flips over a van while they are riding their bikes in that direction.
Good stuff.
TGTIF. Thank Goodness tomorrow is Friday.
