Went to the Psychiatrist today and he told me I was "over-medicated" and told me to stop taking Lithium because there really wasn't a trace of it in my blood analysis and to decrease the amount of Thorazine/Chlorpromazine I take. Sarah's concerned and I'm sure my parents will be too when I tell them about the change.
Today was good. I picked up Arno after I went to a music store in Redlands. I cooked chorizo for him. Took a nap, and then took him home at his request.
We didn't go to the temple today, and instead did our vision board. We're going to the temple tomorrow for date night.
We watched an episode of The West Wing and Korra.
