7/11 Crazy First time at Water Polo and Tacos after Semifinal

IDK,

Today was a good day that started off a little wasted, in that I slept in for a while, and got up right when I needed to head to my parent's house to watch the Croatia vs. England semifinal World Cup game. TBH, I missed the first English goal because it happened on my drive to the house. Then, the two goals Croatia made, I was dozing because I was tired and because it was a bit boring to watch. Not like the France vs. Belgium game yesterday. The game was 2-1 in extra time.

After the game, my parents invited me to La Bufa. It was about the time that Sarah got out of work. So, I invited her too, although, she turned down the offer because she had a phone appointment with a life coach. My parents got her two soft carne asada tacos. All of us, actually, because that was the special. We could tell that they had been watching the World Cup at La Bufa, because the news about the game was on, and a member of the church was there. I was asked if I was European today by a Mexican with a Croatian jersey on. Food was good.

I stopped by Rite Aid to pick up water for the young men pool party. It was actually really fun. We had a prayer and just jumped right in. I at first was wading in the water staying in the shallow end. Then Jesus Noriega came and he brought a dodge ball and we started a five on five game of water polo. We played two games. The first game wasn't too bad in that I was goalie and was on the shallow side, plus, I had a boy on our team named Jack that was like a second goalie. We lost though, then switched sides. That was quite the feat. I went for the ball but also I went for the wall, since I was uncomfortable in deep water (at least 9 feet). I was goalie that round for only like a second. Jack took over. I covered Jesus. I was on a team with Chewy (a boy named Jesus), Jack, Josh Mondragon, and Jorge Munguia. There was this one bout of trying for the ball and blocking that I was super panicky and afraid and was coughing up a lung. I almost died, but didn't. I did have an assist that ended up in a goal for us on the deep end. We had pizza and water that I brought.

Sarah was a bit upset when I got back home because her brothers were ganging up on her in texts about a MEME that she shared with the family. I just held her and comforted her, also helping her get some clothes from the wash.

Free Slurpee day at SEVEN/ELEVEN.

Oh, and we called Shaunna Lee today, and she was super nice and said Sarah can stay with her during our month interrum. She was happy that we are doing good, and she has been an answer to our prayers. We called the 2nd Counselor of the Arizona Mesa Mission, to ask about a good ward to move in to. We'll talk with him tomorrow.

Also, we are going to share our home with Chris Michael Acosta, Sunday night through Tuesday morning, because he is out of a house those days.
