Rough Draft of 2019 Goals and Resolutions


Home life--
IMPLEMENT systems, focus on two things a month

Spiritual--
temple every Wednesday baptism, confirmation, endowment, sealing, walkabout
Read scriptures everyday.
Kneeling prayers at night

Social--
Have someone over for dinner at least once a month
Game night once every two months
Send good energy to family members once a month.
John-Reach siblings through Google Hangouts once every other month.
Sarah-Reach siblings, one every week.
Spend time with
Kerry, Jesse
Gracie
Steve and Janell
Ann


Relationship--
Friday night lights
Also Monday and Wednesday


Health--
work out 2-3 times per week. Monday, Tuesday.
Wetsuit for Sarah.
John-one or more times a week to gym
Intuitive eating.
Go hiking four or so times a year.
Go to sleep by 10 pm, half hour wind down.

Professional--apply for lead,position at Amazon. Start school.
Do business something
